Submit clear photographs of the container's interior, exterior, and serial number to help our quality control team assess the condition.

Our team will review your claim against the original bill of lading and condition photos taken at our depot prior to dispatch.

Once approved, we will schedule a professional hauler to swap the unit or retrieve the container for a refund, minus applicable transport fees.
